A friend of Mr Hignett's Horses, Rebecca is a local rocking horse lover and poet. She has kindly shared her wonderful poetry with us.
“How good it is to saddle up and ride
Across the lovely countryside.
To hear the Huntsman’s “Tally-Ho”
As off a-hunting there they go.
But – not everyone I know is able
To own a horse- or keep a stable.
Is there an answer? Yes, of course!
They could buy a rocking horse!
